CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our time and other clients wishing to book, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made in advance. * Appointments canceled 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service total. * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice (No Call, No Show) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * By booking an appointment and placing a card on file, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize A+K Esthetics Studio to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee if necessary. We understand that emergencies happen and appreciate your communication whenever possible.
